Our problem with reality is our environment

Over the last thirty years quite a few cases of children being brought up by animals have been reported. In one case a three year old boy’s parents died so he was given to his uncle to raise, his uncle just put him in the chicken coop and left him there, eight years later at the age of twelve he was discovered still living in the chicken coop.

His brain was just like ours, always calculating always trying to establish how things work, its formulated to make sense of the world, whichever world it is placed in. So this boys brain analysed, accessed, learnt and deciphered who he was and where he fits into the world. It presented him a logical reality, taught him how to communication and live.

The result, he knew he was a chicken, he clucked like a chicken, acted like a chicken and responded in everyway like a chicken. In a very similar case thirty years ago in Fiji they just tied a chicken boy to a bed for twenty one years as they didn’t know what to do with him, like this other boy he was a chicken in every sense of his identity and ways.

Our brain is like that it is always trying to make sense of the world and tell us who we are and where we fit. Five trillion neurons, a 100 billion calculations a second how could this supercomputer ever be wrong? The facts are its not the computers (brains) fault its the information that is going into it, garbage in, garbage out, wrong information in, wrong conclusions, wrong framework wrong paradigm.

Point: Our reality is whatever our brain has perceived as real from its environment.

You know your reality is real but is it? Of course it is you say! But even that reply is according to your internal reality checker and your logical assessment of the world (your chicken coop).

All information is assimilated into our current paradigm (worldview)

The little boy would have been fed scraps by his uncle everyday, he would have seen his uncle and thought….. ? that his uncle is a big chicken too? Why did he not realise that he was like his uncle and not like a chicken? Why did he not pickup on all the cues?

The problem is we twist the data to suit our paradigm (worldview), every bit of information that we receive gets accessed for its truthfulness according to our reality, our worldview. If our worldview is wrong then the data is going to produce wrong conclusions. Wrong truth!

Right now you know what reality is… or do you? Of course you do… well I’ve got news for you, you probably don’t. I am here to tell you that anything that contradicts God’s word is not real truth its just apparent truth that your environment has told you is real.

What is needed is a paradigm shift, a different way at looking at the same thing. Follow me on this and see if you can catch the paradigm shift, I promise you that the scripture will come a live and it will all start making sense once you get it.

The bible has many stories and scriptures that aim at changing our paradigm, however if they have not become part of our reality then they will be meaningless, ignored or made to fit another way.

The bible speaks to both paradigms and builds bridges for those that take the journey, the saying ‘to whom who has ears to hear, let them hear…’ is certainly the case here.

Paradigm of error

One hundred years ago, there was no revelation for healing, the belief was it was done away with the apostles, a few people forged the path for different thinking, different beliefs and different results, now we all (almost all) accept it as fact. Identity is one of those very subjects that needs a paradigm shift for nearly every preacher, teacher, theologian, prophet, Christian, speak and teach from one certain paradigm, could they all be wrong? Is it at least possible? Yes! Every generation has believed things that the next have proven to be wrong. Lets face it right now you believe something’s about reality that are not actually true, however you might not be aware of it just yet.

The key to changing paradigms is getting insights into the other paradigm, being able to ‘see it’, then finding bridges to walk across that make it possible for it to be real in our internal reality checker. Then we have to keep working it until we are not trying to convince ourselves anymore, the ‘penny drops’ or it begins to dawn on us. This is why God is continually exhorting His children to know and live His word, for they will change the reality of their chicken coop former life.

These are the stages of changing your paradigm

1. Hear about it (knowledge of it, its just an idea to you)
2. See it, Perceive it (understand, penny drops)
3. Practice it (try to convince yourself, refresh, renew, retrain)
4. Know it (it has become your reality)
5. Polish it (from faith to faith, glory to glory)

The Apostle Paul had this revelation, Peter didn’t appear to, James doesn’t appear to, John may have got it after he tried to worship a born again person and was told not to; Rev 19, but it is not totally evident in his letters. Paul went to heaven and saw the plan of God like a master architect, he was shown things that are unspeakable but he certainly had this revelation.

I believe this is one of the major subjects of the bible and can be found almost everywhere, but that stands to sense for this world was only made for the children of God to have a place to wrestle against and overcome error and when they have all come in and had a go it will be done away with. The bible is only written for the children of God to awake and to arise, to learn how to walk in the spirit, fight giants and take the land. (I am not talking about predestination for whosoever come let them come, but the bible is not for those who perish for example a person that doesn’t get saved, reading the bible was of no value to them and even living on this earth was of no value to them). It is only here for you!

You are not a little person in your little corner of the world believing your little faith amongst many faiths, you are a new creation, born-again, a child of God and the world is only put here for you and the other children of God to overcome in. To awake, rise from the dead and Christ will give you light!

God’s way to transform you…

We get transformed the opposite way most would think, most think that the best way to deal with a problem is first accept you have it, a good example is alcoholics anonymous, however this is a perfect example of cleaning up from the outside in, we are not those that clean from the outside but from the inside out, from a position of strength not weakness, as we are not mere men trying to overcome habits by slowly working through them, changing our character by struggle and discipline, we are not those who clean up the old man, but we walk in the newness of life.

Here it is in a nut shell, when you know all old things have passed away, you realise “hey that’s not me”, sin the deceitfully wicked thing was trying to deceive me and live through me, when you know you’re complete you stop trying to become complete, when you know you’re the righteous of God in Christ you stop trying to become righteous, when you know your as He is in heaven you stop trying to become as He is in heaven.

The act of knowing it is finished is what changes your thinking, when you know you are complete in Him, you are as He is because you have His life, whatever is true of Him is true of you… why? because He is your life, look at these scriptures…

It is no longer I who live (on the inside) but Christ who lives and the life I now live I live by faith in the son of God who died and gave His life for me.

For my life is hidden in Christ in God, when Christ who is our life appears we shall be like Him.

So He is your life, whatever is true of Him is true of you because He is your life, this is the copy paste job done for you when He saved you. In fact (in computer talk) its not so much copy paste but God has put a shortcut or link in you and if you click on your life it goes straight the Christ’s. Get this paradigm, and you will get it… Only one man will be saved from the earth, only one and we are hidden in Him, He is our life.

So right now you on the inside are the image of the invisible God because He is the image of the invisible God, not in yourself but in Him. You are not God but you have been given His life, because as He is the so are you. This is the amazing gift of God, this is the plan of God from the start.

Oh your scared that you will lose your identity? God hid you in there He knows who you are, your ‘you’ with the perfect life of Christ. You still retain your unique personality, but with His perfect life. You can come no other way than you hidden in Him, you can only enter the Holiest of Holy place through the veil of His flesh. Having therefore, brethren, boldness for entering into the holy of holies by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way, which he has consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh (Heb 10:19-20) Then Jesus said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, dwells in me, and I in him (John 6:53-56) For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones (Eph 5:30). This is how God saves you by giving you Christ’s life, or better said He has become your life.

When you know that it is finished, that you are complete, that you have risen with Him, with His life, that as He is in heaven so are you on the earth then you realise the old is not you, and that the only problem is that your brain has not understood what happened when you got born-again, the sin is I thought was me was not me but sin tricking me to live in and through me, the brain has five trillion neurons and most of its responses are automatic, one trigger fires millions of neurons which you will think is you (because it was you once), however when you know the truth then it will set you free.

Like the boy brought up in a chicken coop our internal reality truth checker is always talking, always firing ideas at us to check if the are true, “but what about this”, “what about that”, “nah it cant be true because of…” I tell you now whatever disagrees with God in your truth checker is a lie its only apparent truth that looks true.

Change our paradigm not change scripture to fit into our old paradigm

We don’t need to invent ways for scripture to work in our paradigm for example ‘positional doctrine’ which says we are positionaly there, no we are literally there, it is literally finished don’t change the scripture change you, positional is pie in the sky and it keeps the church poor, blind, wretched and naked, like every Adam doctrine does!,

God is expecting much more, greater works should we do, we should speak to the mountain, if Jesus was frustrated with Peter’s little faith after walking on the water what does He think about our faith? Surely it breaks His heart for without faith it is impossible to please God, so are we really pleasing Him?

This method of transformation is God’s way of transforming the life I now live (Gal 2:20), or in others words quickening your mortal body (brain), being transformed by the renewing of your mind, from the inside out not the outside in. Just like repentance, its from the inside out not the outside in.

Regarding your old life, you’re not it! your under it and you need to get it off or better out of your head, you need to take the land. You don’t have a character problem, you don’t have an evil heart, you don’t have sin in your heart, you’re not a unclean person, you have a supercomputer brain in this body of death that is telling you who you are and how it all works, so transform it with the real truth, city by city, everywhere your foot should tread, have nothing to do with gentiles (flesh thoughts) don’t allow them in your house (brain).

This how you change your brain (not you, your brain’s programming who you think is you)

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit (2 Cor 3:18). In other words, you are my life, as I realise this, I realise I am as you are, and it changes my brain and I dwell in increasing levels of glory. For you are as He is now, however you will only experience wherever your head is at.

But put you on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof (Rom 13:14). In others words put on Christ identity, because that is your new life, help your brain catch up.

Your in the body of Christ you just need to grow up into the head. …may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life Rom 6:4) Don’t dwell at the cross any longer, you were never meant to stay there, the cross only screams you’re a sinner and that He has paid for your sin, the cross is your foundation but if you live there you will be un-risen therefore still the old sinner in your thinking, dwell at the resurrection in the newness of life, the resurrection screams born-again, and all old things have passed away all have become new.

Why he said, Awake you that sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light. Awake up, its a head problem, rise from the dead, stop thinking you’re the old dead life and Christ will show you your not.

You are no longer a sinner saved by grace, your were a sinner saved by grace, you’re now a son with His life, you can not taint His life its incorruptible. Sin maybe in you but it is not you, God only got angry with the children of Israel in the promised land when the allowed sin in the camp (brain pathways that you have already taken), however out in the land (brains old pathways) there was still the Hittites, Jebusites etc… They were the sin in the land but God had not instructed his people to deal to them yet so they remained until the time the Israelites’ were instructed to take that city. So you see all kinds of error in your life (brain) God will instruct you to take that thing, just know it is not you, it was you.

And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free:but Christ is all, and in all. (Col 3:10-11) In other words change your identity to the new man who is in the image of Him who created him, your brain is renewed into this newness by knowing you are in Him and His image.

And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and to clothe yourselves with the new nature, which was created according to God’s image in righteousness and true holiness (Eph 4:24) Change your identity! You are now like Him, He doesn’t want any less, His doesn’t want man He wants is born of Him children who are like Him in everyway.

And the glory which you gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one; I in them, and you in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that you have sent me, and have loved them, as you have loved me. Father, I will that they also, whom you have given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which you have given me: for you loved me before the foundation of the world. (John 17:22-24) Plan of God is for us to be one with Him, which we are now, the sad thing is that the sons of God are still thinking they are the sons of Adam so they are hiding in shadows from Him instead of dwelling with Him in approachable light. Don’t be distant put on Christ identity and come close. YOU ARE COMPLETE IN HIM, IT IS FINISHED!

See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. (1 John 3:1) The sad thing here is not that the world doesn’t know us but we don’t know us! Know who He has made you and stop living the old identity.

for you are still fleshly. For since there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not fleshly, and are you not walking like mere men? (1 Cor 3:3) You are not a mere man (person) stop thinking you are, you are making yourself poor, blind, wretched and naked by doing so. For I say to you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he (Luke 7:28) You who are born-again are greater that the greatest human who ever lived, not will be, are now!

Don’t become like the people of this world. Instead, change the way you think. Then you will always be able to determine what God really wants-what is good, pleasing, and perfect. (Rom 12:2) Come you are no longer a chicken, even though you still live in this chicken coop!

For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God (Rom 8:19) Everyone is waiting for you to get it, are you getting it?
