Activating the Word of God

God is not a man that he would lie, when God says something its 100% accurate, reliable and true. God is light and in him is no darkness.

Everything that contradicts that word is a lie, an apparent truth or a misrepresentation of the truth.

To activate the Word of God, which by the way is of no value to you unless its activated, Jesus said the traditions of man make the Word of God of no effect, to activate the Word is simple make it alive in you by believing it with your whole heart.

Only believe it, know it, trust it, rely on it, become it, remove all contradiction to it… e.g. The scripture says you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, that will remain inactive and unused unless you totally believe it and step out in it.

Smith Wigglesworth was such a man, he would mull over a scripture until it became one with him, until he trusted God so much in it that everything else was a lie, and the results followed his faith, he said I don’t believe what I see, I see what I believe.

Changing your heart beliefs…

The Bible says purge your heart you double-minded, Jesus rebuked them for their perverse thinking (which caused unbelief)… we need to purge our contradictions to the Word of God, make all those paths straight and destroy everything that raises it self against the knowledge of Christ (including that which raises its head against his finished work).

We need to transform ourselves with the renewing of our minds with the word of God until we agree with God, those that know God will believe him and those that believe God will know him… if you can’t believe God you don’t know him.

There is an enormous difference between what is promised and what is experienced.

Its our aim to close that gap and turn the promises into reality, what use is a promise if it only remains a promise? God’s promises were never meant to be pie in the sky, they were meant to be active in our lives today!

Jesus paid for the promises to be experienced, not only do the ones needing the promise suffer if they are not experienced (e.g….healing), Jesus suffers too, because if they don’t get what is supplied, he died in vain for that promise…

Jesus deserves his reward, doesn’t he?

Preach the good news, he that believes…….
